5- Minute Vegan Chocolate
Prep time: 5 minutes Total time: 5 minutes
Nutrition : Protein: 0.7 g Sugar: 4 g Fat: 9.7 g Carbs: 6.4 g; (Nutrition facts based on using cocoa powder, no milk, and maple syrup.)
Calories: 110 kcal
Ingredients
1/2 c. cacao or cocoa powder
1/2 c. extra virgin coconut oil
Splash of non-dairy milk (Hazelnut milk tastes the best)
1/4 c. pure maple syrup or honey
1/2 t. vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
Optional toppings: Frozen berries, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, or chunky pink sea salt
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil and honey together in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Combine the rest of the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Spoon mixture into chocolate molds or Tupperware of your choice.
Add toppings.
Freeze until hard.
Enjoy!
(*Tip: Store in the freezer for best consistency, as they melt quickly.)
