5-Minute Vegan Chocolate

Have a sweet tooth or craving chocolate? Don't go to the store! Go to your kitchen instead, and whip up a batch of this easy 5-minute vegan chocolate (my new obsession).

5- Minute Vegan Chocolate

Prep time: 5 minutes Total time: 5 minutes

Nutrition : Protein: 0.7 g Sugar: 4 g Fat: 9.7 g Carbs: 6.4 g; (Nutrition facts based on using cocoa powder, no milk, and maple syrup.)

Calories: 110 kcal


  • 1/2 c. cacao or cocoa powder

  • 1/2 c. extra virgin coconut oil

  • Splash of non-dairy milk (Hazelnut milk tastes the best)

  • 1/4 c. pure maple syrup or honey

  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract

  • pinch sea salt

  • Optional toppings: Frozen berries, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, or chunky pink sea salt


  • Melt the coconut oil and honey together in the microwave for 30 seconds.

  • Combine the rest of the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  • Spoon mixture into chocolate molds or Tupperware of your choice.

  • Add toppings.

  • Freeze until hard.

  • Enjoy!

(*Tip: Store in the freezer for best consistency, as they melt quickly.)
